intro

Greetings to all-
I am writing from Matam District eastern Senegal where it is very hot. I am here to set up the 31st ceramic water filter factory in collaboration with KOICA the Korea International Cooperation Agency. The twelve hour overland journey by sept-plus transport through the cool desert night air gave us great false hope that it might not be very hot where we were heading. The following morning we awoke to a 40 C day. We will begin to put materials in place that were brought from Canada in support of the factory.
